Meridian is a platform for generating, deploying, and monitoring algorithmic trading strategies on prediction markets. The Service provides AI-assisted strategy code generation, automated deployment to execution workers, and real-time performance monitoring.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade on prediction markets in your jurisdiction to use this Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and exchange private keys. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Trading Risks

Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. AI-generated strategies are not guaranteed to be profitable. Past performance does not indicate future results. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• AI-generated code may contain errors or produce unexpected behavior
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Dry-run (paper trading) results may not reflect real trading outcomes
• System outages or network issues may affect strategy execution

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The Service is a tool for strategy execution, not a recommendation service. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mathematical Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent strategy code validation or security measures
• Use the platform for market manipulation or any illegal activity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform or its infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

The Meridian platform, its code, design, and documentation are proprietary to The Mathematical Company. Strategies you create using the platform are yours, but the underlying platform technology remains our property.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all active deployments will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account.
